Meet The Team

Meet Our Exceptional Team Members

Anna Gray

Anna Gray is a Certified Physician Assistant. She is a graduate of Cleveland State University, where she earned her Master of Science in Health Sciences. As an advanced practice provider, she can diagnose psychiatric disorders, prescribe medications, and provide medication counseling. She utilizes a collaborative approach to patient care and believes in empowering patients by helping them to better understand and participate in their own medical care.

Anna’s background is in community mental health, where she treated clients with a wide variety of mental health concerns including substance use disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and PTSD.

Her specialties include treatment of mental health disorders in LGBTQIA+ clients, autistic clients, and substance use disorders. Anna sees clients of age 18 and older.

Kimberly Sanders

Kim Sanders is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelors of Arts from Kent State University in psychology, her Masters of Education in counseling from the University of Cincinnati. She worked at a counselor for 2 years then worked as part of the crisis team in Cleveland, Ohio. She then graduated from Lakeland community College with her Associates in nursing. She practiced as a nurse for 8 years before receiving her Masters of Nursing from Kent State University.

She has experience providing treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders for patients 18 years of age and above. Her goal is to address a patient's needs using an empathic, caring approach. She takes the time to actively listen to patient concerns and incorporates her medication management expertise in order to develop a collaborative treatment plan with her patients.
